Returns & Store Credit Policy
At Shapdbyk, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed pieces and appreciate your understanding as we maintain fair and hygienic return standards.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Bodysuits are non-returnable.
Store Credit
- Store credit is issued for the value of the returned item(s)
- Credit may be used on any future Shapdbyk purchase
- Store credit expires after 1 year
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from marks, stains, odours, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be deemed final sale and are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Shapdbyk is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where a product is deemed faulty, we will provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Approved returns are issued as store credit so you may place a new order for your preferred size or style.
